One talent that serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer possessed was his ability to be a smooth talker when he wanted to be. In his junior year of high school, Jeff went on a school sponsored trip to Washington DC. During the trip, he had suggested that they see vice president Walter Mondale. In response, his sponsor teacher and the rest of the students laughed. None of them believed that would happen. Jeff walked to a pay phone, and upon his return, proudly filled them in on the big news: the group would be meeting Mondale in two hours. He wasn’t lying. Jeff’s smooth talking got him and the rest of the students into the executive office building, where they ultimately met Mondale.
